We recognise that the situation with Covid-19 (Coronavirus) has evolved rapidly with Government guidelines changing almost daily. We are a responsible business and we wish to assure our customers that we take the effects of this virus very seriously.
We are actively monitoring the advice available in the UK and in the EU countries, where our manufacturing suppliers are located, to mitigate any potential impact upon the safe supply and delivery of our products and services.
The safety of our staff and their families is paramount. Measures are in place for key members of staff to work from home with remote access to our IT systems, together with a rota system to provide a minimum staff attendance at our office and warehouse. All work related operations are subject to constant review and to changes in Government policy.
We continue to work closely with our manufacturing suppliers located within the EU and with our logistics partners, who provide shipping services to the UK. Based on the current situation, we advise there may be some temporary delay to supply and delivery of our products.
